GeckoSystems Again Identified Amongst World Leaders in Mobile Robotics

CONYERS, GA--(February 26, 2016) - GeckoSystems Intl. Corp. (OTC: GOSY | http://www.geckosystems.com/) announced today that the company expects to be net profitable as a result of revenues from the recently announced Japanese robotics joint venture. For over eighteen years GeckoSystems has dedicated itself to development of "AI Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security and Service(tm)."

"I am pleased to report that due to the continued hard work of our longtime Japanese representative, Mr. Fujii Katsuji, we have again achieved demonstrable progress with this revenue generating joint venture in Japan. This latest, one of several joint ventures ongoing and/or being entertained, is particularly significant due to the breadth and depth of the robotics expertise of IC-Japan," commented Martin Spencer, CEO, GeckoSystems Intl. Corp.

While looking for technologists with the appropriate education, skills and experience to assist Fubright Communications, Ltd. and the company in migrating its automatic self-navigation mobile robot software, GeckoNav(tm), to SoftBank Robotics' Pepper robot such that it would have cost effective, utilitarian mobility and be less of a novelty and more practical in its benefits with a dramatically improved value proposition, Mr. Katsuji found IC-Japan.

At this time, there are approximately 2,200,000 million Japanese over 65 living alone. Their greatest fear is to die alone and that their demise not be known to others for a few days. For this reason and many others, the Japanese government pays 90% of the cost of personal robots used for eldercare such that concern would be well addressed. Further, the Japanese government is paying 75% of the R&D costs to develop robotic healthcare solutions for greater productivity to provide more cost effective care giving for their extraordinarily large senior population.

This new partner is unsure of the mass appeal of the Pepper robot and its present inability for safe ambulation around humans and fragile surroundings. They agree with SoftBank in that they also believe there is a significant, near term market in Japan for eldercare robots and want to explore all scenarios including, but not limited to, the Pepper robot as stated by Mr. Nebeta:

"We are very much looking forward to meet

CONYERS, Ga., December 4, 2015 -- GeckoSystems Intl. Corp. (Pink Sheets: GOSY | http://www.geckosystems.com/) announced today that they are honored to be included in the same league such as Adept Technology, KUKA, Honda, iRobot, John Deere, Seegrid, and Harvest Automation by the international market research firm, QYResearch. For over eighteen years GeckoSystems has dedicated itself to development of "AI Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security and Service(tm)."

"For the last 5-7 years, we have been rated 2-3 times each year as amongst the top 5-10 in the world for our prowess in mobile robotics. What is unique about this unsolicited third party report is that this international market research firm, is headquartered in China and has a significant Chinese business clientele. This is unexpected and significant credible exposure is in the world's largest market for eldercare capable personal robots. The fortuitous timing confluence is due in part to the Chinese having a worse eldercare crisis than Japan, the US, or the EU due to their decades of one child per family. The Chinese refer to this as their 'four two one' problem in that four grandparents have only one grandchild to care for them in their twilight years," stated Martin Spencer, CEO, GeckoSystems.

Here is QYResearch's summary of their report:

---------------

GeckoSystems continues to gain market traction in the US, Japan, and now China due to their extraordinary Worst Case Execution Time (WCET) which enables real time sense and avoid of moving and/or unmapped obstacles with little, or no human intervention.

Fubright Communications Company won SoftBank's Pepper robot software contest against several dozens of competitors late last year, and, recently, again this year, for the second year in a row, with an app known as Ninnin Pepper. Ninnin allows the Pepper robot to assist in waking up dementia patients and take their scheduled medicines on time. Pepper also reports to a doctor via Internet if the patient did not consume their pills. On a daily basis, the robot communicates with the patient by asking about their family to stimulate memory and the touch screen tablet on its chest has the capability to send and receive pictures and messages from a family member. ("Japanese humanoid robot called Pepper gets its own app")

SoftBank is encouraging and seeking apps for their Pepper robot just as they seek apps for the smart phones they sell in Japan, and as Apple does for its smart phones. GeckoSystems alliance with Fubright enables greater credibility, and acceptance by Japanese users for GeckoSystems and consequently enhances sales growth and licensing revenues.

Presently the Pepper robot lacks the fundamental and necessary functionality to safely run errands and automatically follow the care receiver such that it has a compelling value proposition for potential users. Again, real time sense and avoid moving of unmapped obstacles is a functional deficiency that precludes the Pepper from fully exploiting Fubright's double, year-to-year win of SoftBank's Pepper software contest with their "Ninnin Pepper" for aiding those challenged by dementia. This need coupled with the robustness, maturity and ease of migration of GeckoNav(tm) to the Pepper is why Fubright has partnered with GeckoSystems.

"We are headed up north next week to structure a significant investment with some investment bankers and their high net worth clientele. They understand that we have a sustainable competitive advantage with our GeckoNav that virtually no other mobile robot company in the world has. For example, none of the companies we are listed with ever discuss their WCET specification and/or ability to real time sense and avoid moving, unforeseen and/or unmapped obstacles. It is a truism is mobile robotics that robotics tech that the company never talks about is because they simply do not have that capability. We talk about it a lot since linchpin for safety," commented Spencer.

"This is occurring as we continue to make progress in Japan establishing the joint venture by hiring key employees to assist Fubright and our Special Project Team to migrate our AI robot self navigation software to SoftBank's Pepper personal mobile robot. Our shareholders can be assured that management continues to work daily to maximize their investments in GeckoSystems," concluded Spencer.

with Mr. Spencer and discuss the large Japanese market for 'welfare robots,'" stated Takashi Nebeta, CEO, IC-Japan.

Late last year, GeckoSystems had their white paper on Worst Case Execution (reflex or reaction) Time sufficient for mobile service robots' safe usage proximate to humans, translated into Japanese. Mr. Katsuji has been presented that seminal discussion to several Japanese robotics companies such as IC-Japan. That paper explains the relevance of GeckoSystems' breakthrough, proprietary, and exclusive AI software and why this premier Japanese robotics company, IC-Japan, is entering a contractual joint venture relationship with GeckoSystems.

"This latest, multi-million dollar JV agreement and its incumbent revenue stream delineates the reality that GeckoSystems will enjoy additional licensing revenues that will enable us to further increase shareholder value by our fiscal year end on June 30," concluded Spencer.
